Refund Policy

At Thawzy, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Items that are damaged through misuse are not eligible.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@thawzy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
